These terms govern your use of PharmIntel. They are written to be readable. The plain English summary at the top of each section is the spirit of the rule. Please read the full terms before using the product.

Use of the service

PharmIntel is provided for professional use by business development, commercial, investor, and consultant teams. By using the product you agree to use it for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users.

Accounts and access

Access is gated. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Do not share your login. Tell us right away at security@pharmintel.app if you think your account has been compromised.

Information and decisions

The information surfaced by PharmIntel is intended to support professional analysis. It is not investment advice, medical advice, regulatory advice, or a substitute for your own professional judgment. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

Intellectual property

The product, its design, code, and content are owned by PharmIntel or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you bring into the product. We do not claim rights to your content beyond what we need to operate the service for you.

Termination

Either of us can end this relationship at any time. If we have to terminate access for cause (security incident, abuse, legal obligation) we will explain why where we are able to.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the product where appropriate.
